Over the past fifteen years, I have worked at the intersection of executive coaching, leadership development, recruitment and organisational change across Australia, Finland and the United Kingdom.
Throughout that time, I have partnered with professionals, senior leaders and organisations navigating some of the most significant transitions in their careers and businesses.
Despite the differences in industry, role and organisational context, one insight emerged consistently. As leadership responsibility increased, the nature of leadership changed. Success was no longer defined by expertise alone. It required broader strategic perspective, stronger judgement, greater organisational influence and the ability to lead through increasing complexity.
The Executive Growth Accelerator™ was developed in response to that reality. It integrates executive coaching, leadership development, performance psychology and transition science into a structured framework that helps leaders accelerate effectiveness as they step into broader leadership responsibility
