Meet Liiina Fadaee
Liina Fadaee is the Founder of Consult For Growth and the developer of the Executive Growth Accelerator™, a structured framework supporting organisations and senior leaders through executive transitions and leadership growth.

Her work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, workforce transitions, and leadership advisory, with a focus on helping leaders integrate new responsibility, navigate change, and sustain performance over time.

With professional experience across Australia, Finland, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, Liina brings a global perspective to leadership transitions and organisational talent dynamics.
Professional background
Before founding Consult For Growth, Liina held leadership and workforce-development roles across recruitment, labour-hire services, non-profit employment programmes, higher education, and career development.

Early roles in recruitment and workforce operations provided foundational insight into hiring practices, labour markets, and organisational workforce needs. She later moved into leadership roles across employment services and higher education, contributing to workforce transition and career-development initiatives across private, non-profit, and education sectors.

Across her work in employment services, higher education, and through Consult For Growth, Liina has contributed to the design of workforce transition, employability, and executive transition initiatives in Australia, Finland, and the United Kingdom, including the development of Oxford Saïd Business School’s Tech Careers portal.

Through coaching, workforce-development practice, and employer engagement, she has developed deep expertise in cross-cultural communication and career integration across international labour markets. She has supported organisations to successfully integrate international professionals into workplaces through employer coaching, workforce-readiness initiatives, and cross-cultural communication support.
In recent years, much of her coaching practice has focused on supporting global executives and senior leaders navigating leadership transitions, international career movement, and expanded organisational responsibility.

These experiences shaped a deep understanding of workforce transitions, leadership capability development, and organisational talent strategy.

Executive transition and advisory practice
Since founding Consult For Growth in 2018, Liina has supported leaders and professionals across sectors and geographies through executive coaching, leadership transition advisory, outplacement coaching, and strategic career development.
At Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, she worked as Career Coach and Employer Engagement Manager, coaching MBA and EMBA students transitioning into global careers while contributing to employer engagement strategy within the Technology and E-Commerce Careers division. She actively contributed to coaching and employer engagement forums, developed resources and training for career development staff, and supported institutional capability in working with leaders navigating career transition.

She currently partners with organisations including Right Management Finland to support senior professionals and international executives navigating complex career transitions across industries including: telecommunications, professional services, pharmaceuticals, academia, and technology.

Across her career, Liina has supported individuals at every stage of the professional lifecycle, from workforce entry and international mobility to senior leadership transition and executive reinvention.
This breadth of experience across workforce systems, leadership levels, and international contexts has shaped a uniquely integrated understanding of careers, leadership development, and organisational talent transitions.
Professional development and learning
Liina maintains a strong commitment to ongoing professional development in coaching, leadership development, career theory, and performance psychology.

Her work is informed by continued learning in coaching methodology, mindset and behavioural change, workforce-development practice, and emerging trends in leadership and careers. This includes professional development in performance psychology and mindset coaching, which informs her work on leadership resilience and sustainable performance.

This commitment to learning reflects her belief that leadership advisory and coaching practice must evolve alongside organisations, labour markets, and the changing nature of leadership work.
The evolution of the Executive Growth Accelerator™
The Executive Growth Accelerator™ emerged from Liina’s executive transition coaching practice through Consult For Growth, alongside her work coaching high-potential talent at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, supporting leaders transitioning into new roles and increased responsibility.

Over time, her work increasingly centred on senior professionals and leaders navigating complex transitions. Through these experiences, she recognised recurring patterns in leadership transitions and the combination of factors that needed to align to support successful outcomes.

Highly capable leaders were stepping into expanded mandates, navigating organisational change, or preparing for new chapters in their careers without structured support designed specifically for the transition moment itself.

At the same time, leadership roles were becoming more complex. Expectations around influence, visibility, adaptability, and sustained performance were increasing, while labour markets and organisational talent needs continued to evolve.

The Executive Growth Accelerator™ was developed as a structured response to these patterns, integrating career strategy, executive coaching, leadership performance, and leadership sustainability into a coherent framework for supporting leadership effectiveness during transition.

It reflects Liina’s belief that supporting leadership transitions well is one of the most meaningful ways leadership advisory can serve both individuals and organisations in a changing world of work.
Founder perspective
Leadership transitions are defining moments for both leaders and organisations. They shape confidence, identity, and leadership direction in ways that are not always immediately visible.

The Executive Growth Accelerator™ was developed through years of supporting senior leaders through moments of transition, growth, and reinvention.

Its purpose is to ensure leadership transitions strengthen, rather than destabilise, both the leader and the organisation through structure, clarity, and professional partnership.
