The Foundations Behind the Executive Growth Journey™

When I set out to design the Executive Growth Journey™, I didn’t begin with theories or models. I began with honest questions:

 

What challenges keep coming up in coaching conversations?
 
What truly helps people move forward with clarity and confidence?

 

I reflected on many coaching sessions and noticed the same themes emerging: uncertainty about direction, managing transitions, building visibility, navigating influence, and sustaining energy over time.

​

I also examined the tools, techniques, and frameworks I’d used over the years. Which approaches genuinely made a difference?
Which helped clients think differently, make better decisions, and act more intentionally?

 

From this practical reflection, the seven stages of the Executive Growth Journey emerged.

Once these stages were clear, I wanted to ensure they stood on solid ground.

I researched respected theories in career development, leadership learning, and coaching psychology, choosing approaches that are widely used and proven to support real growth.

​

My goal was to create something practical, ethical, and genuinely supportive, not just a collection of ideas, but a coherent, integrated coaching experience clients can trust.

This framework has also been shaped by the people I’ve had the privilege to coach. Your honesty, challenges, reflections, and willingness to share have taught me a great deal.

Coaching at its best is client-led. It creates space for people to explore, reflect, and define their own answers.
